The two men who some woman fingered as terrorists because they bought many cheapo cell phones (”burners” for you Wire fans) were released.
The British authorities behind the investigation into the Sunny Delight bomb terrorism plots have many many questions. They haven’t charged anyone with anything at this point, most likely because they don’t have sufficient evidence, most likely hearsay evidence. It looks like the authorities were rushed into making the arrests . . . for some reason.
Andrew Sullivan (!!) points towards quotes from Craig Murray.
And then the cro-magno-cons start calling him names immediately. Abramson wonders if Sullivan has gone batty, or really just very prescient. Answer: He’s seeing the light.
This is just the beginning. Who knows what we will see between now and November?

It certainly would be more fair to wait until a few planes are downed to make arrests. You then have proof. Whoops, the proof was destroyed when the plane went down so no case. Wake up.
Wow, that is brilliant analysis Mr/MS Waters. You have a job waiting for you at the NSA.
You can’t get on a plane without a passport, Pacific Waters!
I wish our Caro boys were getting out. But it doesn’t look like it’s gonna be that easy:

The feds say they’ve caught someone so dammit, someone’s going to jail for something.
Well, I was expecting that. At least SOME form of justice was served in this instance, however.
I think Pacific_waters should be immediately arrested. True, there is no evidence that Waters plans to down airliners and put the blame on Palestinian-Americans in an effort to get the TSA to increase security, but can we afford to wait? Better safe than sorry.
Hey Einstein! 9-11 ring a bell?
rushed into making the arrests . . . for some reason.
Gosh, Scott, 9-11? Whatever do you mean? I have absolutely NO IDEA what you are talking about? Is that some kind of market?
