The OP at The Gawker believes the “serial killer” plotline is embarrassingly improbable. No, really, is it? I think that’s the point, innit. I mean, who woulda thunk that realistic. I’d more easily believe that an executive government could find an opportunity in a tragedy, make false connections to that tragedy, conspire to marshal all our energies, manpower and military to avenge that tragedy all the while having an ulterior motive, to right a past wrong.
Season five has been about lies, probabilities and improbabilities. I guess the show was just more engrossing when it was only about Black men killing other Black men over drugs and money. (yes, I know that’s not only what the show has been about, no letters please)
